 Nero Media Hub 10 Wont play Blu Ray or DVDs |

I have just tried to play 2 different bluray discs and a DVD and MediHub just locks up and then eventually lock my computer, so I have to do a reset. When I insert a BluRay it detects it and I get the clock and it says loading. This lasts for about 2 mins before locking up. If I insert a DVD it asks me to set the region code, which I agree to and then it locks up. I have tried to play the DVD using VLan and it works fine. I have tried reinstalling Nero 10 Platinum HD again, but get the same problem. I am using Windows 7 64bit.
Any ideas what is wrong? Thanks |

Hi Bolosun,
Here some tips that could help you: 1) Make sure that all the Nero Multimedia Suite 10 Platinum HD updates are installed on your system. 2) Make sure that your system fulfills the minimum system requirements for Nero Multimedia Suite 10 Platinum HD (http://www.nero.com/eng/support-nero10-hd-...quirements.html) 3) Check if there is a newer firmware available for your player. 4) Start Nero MediaHub as administrator.
