I have this issue that when I play any Blu-ray movie the movie lags at random times. The audio is fine but the movie skips frames to catch up. I disabled my anti virus and turned off other programs but it still does it. Nero is up to date. Has anybody experienced this? It plays regular DVD's fine, but not Blu-rays. It doesn't matter if it is full screen or not it still skips frames. Here are my specs:
Asus g73 Laptop Core i7 Q720 1.60ghz Ati Mobile Radeon 5870 6gb RAM LG CT21n BD-Combo (No firmware to update) Windows 7 HP x64 |

Hi Gduncan,
Does the same problem appear if you start Nero MediaHub as administator? If this doesn´t help please contant Nero TechSupport directly and send us a NeroSupport.cab file for further investigation. Thanks and best regards, Infohelp |

Try it with and without hardware acceleration.

It is suggested to turn the Hardware Acceleration on if you have new hardware or want to play back blu-ray discs. But Hardware Acceleration off should work, too.
Greetings. |
