I recently (yesterday/today) purchased Nero 9 which came bundled with Backitup & Burn. I have been trying to burn a .wmv file that was coverted from a ACHDV file. Every time I add the file, a window pops up telling me I have to purchase additional products. When I exit out, I get an error message saying that the files format is NOT compatible. Any suggestions?

Hi rtram,
You posted in the Patent Activation forum. Are you having a patent activation problem or are you getting a message that you need to purchase another Nero product? Can you please upload a screenshot of the error message? Also, do you know if the file has DTS sound for example? How did you convert the m2ts file to wmv? Which program did you use? Did you try to just add the m2ts file to Nero Vision directly without converting the file before? Because this should work. Regards, Infohelp |
