Hi,
I'd suggest using G-Spot (http://gspot.headbands.com/) to find out which codecs the MP4 files are using and then search for the required codecs. From personal experience I find ffdshow (http://sourceforge.net/projects/ffdshow/) and the latest DIVX download cover most of the bases. Regards, Jim. |

Sony and Adobe both have a pretty good reputation but as I've pointed out in another thread problems with codecs are not unique to Nero - I'd suggest you download the free trials and see if you get the same problems.
Nero Vision in Reloaded does everything I need it to at the moment - just wish I could repeat the trick for everyone else on the forum ! |

I'm sure there's a solution to your problem so don't know why you want to abandon Nero. If your problem can't be resolved here, you can always go to the Nero Live Chat or send the problem to Nero through "get support from a Nero expert".
I suggest you look at the system requirements for Reloaded to make sure your system meets the requirements for editing high definition material. The special requirements for this are listed near the bottom of the system requirements at the Nero.com website. Also, what part of Vision are you using?
