Ok,as stated was running nero 7.I now have nero 9 because running windows 7 64 bit.So before when burning movie in nero vision I went into edit menu I could go into 2nd menu on right and install still picture from movie I was burning or animate it for 10 seconds up to 60 seconds.You could go longer but I usally stopped at 60 seconds.How and where do I find this option in nero 9 ?I have to learn my way around in here one way or another if I want to use nero 9.Thanks for all the help so far.

The way to create a menu in Nero 9 has changed a lot to Nero 7. If you want to change teh backround a stuff you have to open the "Custome" tab on the right upper corner and then enable the "advanced mode" to get full control.
