 Problem with menu when making still menus |

When the menu doesn't have a video as the background and only a still image and music after the song/music is done playing the duration it freezes. If the menu has a video and is animated this doesn't happen. It's very fustrating as I rather it repeat the song/music afterwards. It makes no sense if it's frozen it's not useful for anyone who uses the menu. Especially those that are not tech savy. It's so annoying is there a bug fix or something for this?

could you clarify "music after the song/music is done playing the duration it freezes."? I don't understand what you're saying.
Nero employees don't answer all posts every day. They still might get to your post before they're gone for the weekend. |

okay for the menu if you put a background song or music I don't know whose familiar with that. YOu can set the duration for have it play to whereever you want. And after the song is done playing it's supposed to replay that menu no? At least when I did it with videos as a background that was the case. After the video in the background got to the end the whole menu would replay itself. However with a still background image and background music only after the music is done playing it freezes the whole menu and you can't use it until you press the menu/top menu button on your dvd player remote.
