 [Solved] How to Erase DVD RW |

Nero 9 Burning Rom. :(
I have not been able to locate a icon or (?) to start an erase or format a DVD RW. Have not found the steps in Nero 9 help files either. Please advise this 80 year old with the correct steps to accomplish the erase. Running Windows Vista X64 SP2 if this matters. Many thanks for your kind replies. drybones :rolleyes: |

You can use the Windows format function to format the disc. Go to the Windows help for step by step help.
To erase the disk, just bring it up in Windows Explorer, go to Edit\select all, and delete. This post has been edited by wither: Sep 14 2009, 03:44 AM |

Hi drybones,
If you want to use Nero please follow this steps: -Open Nero Burning ROM - Cancel de "New Compilation" window - Click on "Recorder" and select the option "Erase RW Disc" You can now erase your RW disc. Regards, Infohelp |
