Hello!

I have Nero Express Essentials SE v8.3.13.0 in my updated Windows XP Pro. SP3. I have two questions:
1. I have two CD drives. One is a burner and other is just an old read only drive. I wanted to copy and burn files WITHOUT copy into HDD. I used to be able to copy files (or whole CD) and burn from one CD drive to the burner drive. I can't find the option to do that.
2. Where is the erase CD-RW option? I can't find it. I remember seeing it in v5, but can't find it in v8.

Thank you in advance. :)

Okay, looks like the erasing function is not included in Nero Express, you got the erase function in StartSmart or in DiscSpeed??

Nero DiscSpeed 4 has it. I also found out in its help: "Please note that the Erase Disc function is not available in Nero Express Essentials SE.". Sheesh! Why is it there and not in Nero Express? Sheesh! Thanks. :(

Nero Epress SE stands for OEM version, an probably the OEM customer does not want this function in Nero Express, so don't worry.

Don't want it? Wow, that's a dumb requirement. I wonder why they would not want it. [sighs] :(
