Hi to all of you... i'm new on this site so pls.. if i've done smth wrong, sorry... in fact my problem is that when i want to burn some files on a DVD, an error occures just at the start of the burning process... it says that: "Burning process failed.." and i don't have any idea why.. this is the problem below:

Hi there,

due to your error message I can see that you are using Nero 6. Maybe your problem gets solved if you update your N6 Version. Here you find the latest Version http://www.nero.com/eng/downloads-nero6-update.php .

i wish it was like you say, but this error occures either when i use nero9.. may be you know other solutions... :(

Hi there,

the problem you have is caused by the JRAID driver of JMicron.

Updating the driver should solve the problem.
