Im so glad I havent spent a dime on this product after version 11 was released. Its been close to a year and features that were available in 10 have been removed and I am starting to believe they wont be back. The feature in question is removing parts of the DVD you want and still have a compliant DVD. As it stood in version 10 you could take a DVD structure and "compile" the dvd with any number of items you wanted namely the "Extras" and the resultant DVD structure was playable. In version 11 its all or nothing you cant keep the main movie + any extras because it wont generate a structure that plays. Why have the developers removed and restricted workflow which were previously available for this unusable crap is beyond be...
Another rant that will go unanswered by a potential customer, thanks Nero!!!! |

If you're looking for anyone from Nero AG to read and provide a technical response to this, forget it.
I'm having difficulty understanding the problem. To which part of Recode are you referring to (Recode Videos..., etc.)? What specifically were you doing? |

Hi SirSagamore,
If you mean the "trim movie" feature in Nero Recode, it's not available in Nero 11. But you can trim videos in Nero Video 11 at the video editing step, and also burn videos as DVD video structure. Best regards, FarmerSmurfFFA |

As I stated in the other thread, the Nero Video solution is only partly satisfying! It doesn't work, when you want to keep subtitles and multiple audio tracks.

Hi owenrutz,
you only give empty answers. Should I find further empty posts from you, I think I'll have to report you to the moderators. Spamming threads with empty posts in forums is annoying and not needed here! |

Mister M,
Thanks for the observation. There is not a way to delete an accidental post. That is why I have left a couple of blank posts. If you know someone who could delete them - that would be great. Also, I'd like to change my nickname, but there does not seem to be a way to do that. Do you know how that could be done? Or perhaps it would be best if my entire profile was deleted so I could start over. Thanks This post has been edited by owenrutz: May 19 2012, 05:24 PM |

I think what you have to do is delete your account and, after it is deleted, create a new one-
