Hello,
I recently uploaded the trial version of Nero Buring Rom11 on Vista and it worked great. As the trial period ended, I decided to buy it online. I bought the download version and then tried to install it. It seemed to work, but suddenly it told me that it can't continue because there is already a version on my computer and to delete it. So I deleted the trial version and started the same installation process again. Each time at one point it brought me back to the online shop for me to buy the same product I had just bought. This monring I reinstalled the trial version which was in fact still in my recycle bin and tried from there on..;but of course no luck. I send a mail to support Nero but I don't know how fast the will deal with the issue. Perhaps it is best to cancel my buy and to restart all over. Or what should I do? It still thinks the trial is installed.
How did you uninstall the trial? Are you using your purchased serial number during the installation? |
