I'm trying to use Mediahome for my media server but all my mk4 files say unsupported audio. My LG tv came with nero so thought I'd use it before using other ones I know work.
used mediainfo to grab some info. Do i need some codecs ? everything else is up to date. I know LG doesn't Support DTS for whatever reason, I hear they're in coming to an agreement but for the time being how do i encode to ac3 or something LG will play? I see now settings in mediahome

Hi duberz,

I am sorry, but Nero MediaHome is only capable of streaming DTS sound to your devices, but it does not transcode DTS audio into other formats.
Other formats are supported for transcoding, but not DTS.
So the problem is that your TV gets an audio stream which it cannot play.

Best regards,
GyroGearlooseMS.
