 Nero Vision will not load |

Since purchasing Nero10 Platinum HD in March, I've had to uninstall and reinstall several times because Nero Vision will not load. I get an error message: ( Unable to load imaging subsystem,make sure the program is installed properly.) After reinstalling the program Nero Vision will work for a couple of weeks then stop again. I run Windows 7 and have installed Nero updates.
Can anyone HELP! |

Try repairing .net framework 4 in Program and Features. If that doesn't work, try doing the same think to the Nero multimedia suite 10.

I had a similar issue with Nero 9, and Technical support give me an hotfix that solve the problem.
