Hi all,
I don't know if someone else is having the same issue, but for some reason I can't add audio files at background... It always give me a message "Impossible Add "****.mp3 file". The current version of Nero I'm using is Nero 7.9 with Nero Vision 4.9.7.2. Most interesting thing is that the exactly same version of Nero is installed in two different computers with the same OS (Win7 Pro 32bits) both updated. I formatted the second computer and installed all software as I always do. Any idea why this is happening? I appreciate any help. B. Regards, Kleber |

Windows 7 is not supproted by Nero 7.9.
You need at least V9.4.26 for windows 7. Older versions will not work correctly, as you see This post has been edited by jens-f: Feb 7 2012, 03:27 PM |

I agree with Jens-f. However, could it be that the .mp3 is copyright protected? What happens if you use one of the sample audio files?
