Hi.
I had to remove my Nero software 10, having to reinstall my windows 7 and all; and just did not bother to reinstall Nero until today. Well, lo and behold: the software rejected my serial number. I contacted Nero and they simply said it's "...invalid". I did make six back up discs but ONLY six. I recall thinking it was taking too long to back up everything. My point is: Is there any way I can retrieve my serial number? Either with or without those six back up discs? Those six do not comprise the entire software package. I was hoping at least one of them would contain the required serial info. Not sure if I'm I'm peddling Holy Water within a Protestant service here; so my apologies if I am somehow breaking Nero-onian protocol..... Anyone? Thanks. |
