I have been using Nero Free version for some time, but over the weeks I have been receiving Spyware messages encouraging me to update, like a fool I updated and have now ended up with Nero Kwik Media, which I can not use????
All I use Nero for is for transfering data from my USB stick and copying to CD or DVD,this now bothers me as I'm now unable to do this, which means I can no longer backup my Quickbooks Pro files to disc for my business. Nero, why on earth would you ask me to update/upgrade to a media that is of no use to me??? If it aint broke then why try and fix it?? My previous free version worked brilliantly for me. Think it might be something to do with trying to gEt me to spend some money i.e. Make A Sale!!! Not At All Happy! Nigel |

I don't know which free version you're using- Burn-Lite, etc. Could you be very specific about what you have. The only way I would think you would get KM as an update is if you're using a trial version.
