Cannot open Nero kwik media. It says that there is a problem with the programme and it doesn't work properly and you cannot do anything else then close the programme and you get a message when there is a solution to the problem. I don't know what to do about this. Is there anybody who is experiencing this problem too? Marlies.

The problem can have several causes. Please go to your Nero Control Center to check and install all the updates first, then update your graphic card driver. If the problem still exists, you can contact Techsupport directly by sending an email to techsupport@nero.com.
