When opening Nero Live on my Hauppauge HVR-2250, I get the message: Tuner blocked due to a recording or running a pip window. The tuner card is connected to a cable connection and only has one channel. I am not recording or even watching anything. The hauppauge software - WINTV - works fine but has no features.

You probably didn't see it but there's a subforum for Nero Live-
