I got Nero 7 Essentials with an OEM Samsung DVD burner. I went to click on Nero 7 Essentials and nothing happened. I clicked on the start smart shortcut on my desktop and nothing happened. I decided to uninstall it and then reinstall. When I clicked on start-nero 7 essentials, there was no uninstall option. I went to add/remove in control panel and clicked on remove. I got an error message 'Shellmanager database is corrupt or missing' then a fatal error message. So I can't uninstall it through the control panel.
Any suggestions about how to uninstall this? If I try to reinstall it, without uninstalling it first, what will happen? thanks hc |

Download our Nero Cleaning Tool from our website, and run it to clean out all Nero files. Once you complete that, restart your system and process your Nero 7 installation from our website (do not use your disc). Download Nero Cleaning Tool here http://www.nero.com/enu/tools-utilities.html#tab4 Download Nero 7 here http://www.nero.com/enu/downloads-nero7-update.php Use the license key that came with your hardware to activate the program.
