INCD 6 problem reading multisession DVD's

I need help to retrieve my data, please.

Recently I had burned 829mb data to a dvd, possibly unfinalized, and wanted to retrieve the data or continue to add more data the DVD. However, the message below is what I did get. Nero's UDF information added to the disk was helpful saying the DVD is unreadable. The DVD burner is the same unit and burned under Vista then 32 bit and now Vista 64 bit. Still using INCD 6, Nero 9. I have installed and tried to reimage the data using various other vendors UDF software, which supposed to work with UDF and Nero sessions, unfinalized multisessions etc. However, I have had zero succesful attempts.

You are currently trying to read a disc in the UDF Packetwriting format.
You are seeing this message instead of the contents of the disc because your system currently does not support the UDF format.

To make your System UDF compatible, we have developed a complimentary software tool, the InCD Reader.

If you have Nero, then you should have the Rescue Agent. Use that to attempt to retrieve your data.

Technically, I don't understand why your system wouldn't be UDF compatible. It could be that you need either new firmware or a new driver for your burner, since you changed to 64 bit.

Thanks I will keep trying and researching if Rescue Agent is unable to produce results. Also realized some of the built in features of Nero 9 required certain services turned enable in order to work correctly.
