I've tried this on three different machines, two running Vista, one with XP. I even connected the XP computer directly to the modem, with Windows Firewall disabled, so I know it's not a firewall issue. Technical support wasn't much help. The first person told me to download the latest install file from the website. No help. The second person I talked to didn't know this software, and told me the "expert" would call me back. Never got a call. I called a third time, and was told the software was just broken, and I should send them a copy of my receipt, and they would send me an RMA. After reading the other posts on here, I'm not very optimistic about getting an RMA. There was the one note about TiVo having an issue, and that it was resolved, but the problem is back, apparently. Any advice or help would be great.

I just got my liquidtv software yesterday and having the same issue. I have the latest version installed also and disabled the windows firewall to make sure that wasnt the issue.

What is "I tried this"? What is the actual problem? Are you getting an error message?

Have you looked at the Quick Setup and Start guide?

Does your system meet the requirements? According to the website, if you're using Xp Pro or Vista they have to be 64 bit.

Hi wither,

LiquidTV customers have been receiving the error "TiVo Service not responding (N13)". There has been a problem with the Tivo Service, and Tivo solved it on Friday last week, so the problem shouldn´t appear again.
