I'm running Nero 11 SoundTrax on Win 7 and the Adjust Silence Between Tracks tool is always greyed-out. In earlier versions of Nero, I used to import several WAV file tracks, select the tracks, click the Adjust Silence Between Tracks tool, then export the track files into a single audio file containg the set of tracks all joined together. It used to work great.
Now, no mater what I do the Adjust Silence Between Tracks fuction is always greyed-out. How do I activate the ASBT tool? |

I couldn't make it work either. I suggest that you send an e-mail to tech support. Let us know what they have to say.

I tried to send an e-mail to support@nero.com for help with this issue and it just got rejected. I tried using the online support form and it didn't work, because I cannot provide a serial number. I'm tired of feeling frustrated simply trying to get information from these idiots. If this is Nero's way of providing support for prospective customers reviewing their Nero 11 trial version, then I'm not interested!
I'll switch to a different product and save $70. |

You don't need a serial number to send an e-mail to tech support from the standard form. You're e-mail address takes care of that. I assume you used the same e-mail address that's in your My Nero profile. I also assume your using the webpage- http://www.nero.com/enu/support-form.html- if you're in North or South America.
You can also just send an e-mail to techsupport@nero.com. Again, use the e-mail address that's in your profile. Give it a shot and, if you still have problems, let me know. |
